Want to spend some extra time working on handstands, and have some fun doing cartwheels, forward rolls and building your core?

Our gymnastic classes are very similar to a regular CrossFit class.  You’ll spend the first 30 minutes of this class warming up and working on body awareness drills – including forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, headstands, handstands, and even handstand walks.  At the end of class we finish it with the workout of the day.

This class is for ANYONE looking to have some fun and build some gymnastic strength at the same time.  All levels are welcome.
